How Launxa handles Shopify store data

Launxa helps Shopify merchants generate advertising assets from product catalog data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how merchants can disconnect or request deletion.

Data we access

When a merchant connects a Shopify store, Launxa may access store information, product data, product images, product descriptions, handles, prices, variants, and files needed to generate ad concepts and creative assets.

Data we do not request

Launxa does not request protected customer data for the current product asset generation workflow. We do not sell merchant data or customer data.

How we use data

We use connected Shopify data to show products in Launxa, generate ad copy, create creative direction, and help merchants prepare campaign assets for Google PMax, Facebook, and Instagram.

Storage and security

Shopify access tokens are stored server-side and are used only to access the connected store on behalf of the merchant. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect app data and limit access to what the app needs.

Disconnecting and deletion

Merchants can disconnect their store inside Launxa or uninstall the app from Shopify. Launxa supports Shopify compliance webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.
