Terms for using Launxa

These lightweight terms are here for the early access version of Launxa while the product is being prepared for Shopify review.

Use of the service

Launxa provides tools that help merchants generate ad concepts, copy, and creative directions from Shopify product data. Merchants are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing.

Merchant responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your ads, claims, images, offers, and targeting comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and your own brand requirements.

Availability

Launxa is provided as an early access service and may change as the product develops. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
